Resilience OS.
-
Resilience OS did not start as a product. Over the years, the same people we advise — founders, principals, the operators in their orbit — kept asking the same question. How are you actually running your life?
The answer was a personal operating system that had been refined over years of use. A collection of contexts, conversations, and rituals that made AI useful in the way an exceptional chief of staff is useful.
We are making it available to a wider group of friends because the people asking deserve a real answer.

A series of installments, each one designed to turn Claude into a different layer of the operating system most people have never had time to build. The EA is the first. More will follow.
The whole system is built on three principles.
Infrastructure before effort. Most people are trying to think harder when they should be building better systems to think inside of. Resilience OS is the system.
Context is the difference between a tool and an assistant. A generic Claude is a search engine that talks back. A Claude that knows your values, your household, your work, and your week is something else entirely.
The best operating systems are invisible. You feel them as ease, not as features. Resilience OS is built to disappear into how you live.
The EA (Executive Assistant)
Forty prompts. One PDF. The executive assistant most people have never had.
The EA is a designed collection of forty prompts built to be opened next to Claude. The product is a single PDF — calibrated for everyday use, structured for a real arc, and made by a team whose job it is to create resilient systems.
Section One — Calibration. Ten prompts that teach Claude who you are, how you actually work, and what you want this relationship to do. The foundation everything else is built on.
Section Two — Daily and Weekly Operations. Twelve prompts your EA runs for you on a recurring basis. The morning brief. Sunday planning. Friday close-out. Inbox triage. Meeting preparation.
Section Three — The Hard Stuff. Ten prompts for the moments most people do not have an EA for. Prepping a difficult conversation. Processing a hard week. Thinking through a major decision. Drafting something you have been avoiding.
Section Four — The Deeper Work. Eight prompts for the monthly and quarterly cadences that turn a tool into a practice. The audit. The retrospective. The where-am-I-actually conversation.
Plus a short opening essay on what an EA is for, why "more productivity" is the wrong frame, and what resilience looks like when it shows up in a calendar.

You are running at the edge of your capacity. You are intelligent, ambitious, and carrying more than is reasonable. You have tried the productivity systems, the wellness apps, the planners. They all asked you to become a different person.
This does not. This is a tool that adapts to you, not the other way around.
If you are looking for a course, this is not a course. If you are looking for a hundred prompts to copy and paste, this is not that either. If you want screenshots of people earning ten thousand dollars a month, there are other products for you.
-
The full PDF, designed and ready to use the day you buy it. Lifetime updates as Claude evolves and the library expands. A private member page where new prompts are added quarterly. A welcome note in case you get stuck.
You will need a Claude subscription — Pro, at $20 per month. We tell you exactly how to set it up. Everything else runs in your browser.

The EA is the first installment of Resilience OS. The next installments are in development.
Volume II — Money. The prompts for the conversations most people never have with themselves about how they actually relate to their finances. Planning, audit, generosity, the harder ones.
Volume III — Household. The prompts for running the operational layer of a complex life. Vendors, logistics, the rhythms that hold a home together.
Volume IV — Health. The prompts for being a real participant in your own care, with the kind of clarity and care you’ve been looking to unlock.
Members of The EA receive early access and reduced pricing on each future installment.

Do I need to be technical? No. Everything runs in Claude.ai, in your browser. No installations, no servers, no terminal. If you can use Notion or Gmail, you can use this.
Do I need a Claude subscription? Yes — Claude Pro, at $20 per month. The EA is built specifically for Claude because it is the right tool for this work. We tell you exactly how to set it up.
I have never really used AI. Is this for me? Yes. The product assumes you have opened Claude maybe twice. Day one is thirty minutes. By the end of the first week the system is already working for you.
How is this different from a Notion template? A Notion template gives you containers. The EA gives you a calibrated assistant. The PDF is designed to be opened next to Claude — you read the prompt, paste it in, and watch what happens. The value is in the conversations the prompts produce, not the file itself.
Can I gift this? Yes. Gift cards available at checkout, designed to look like something worth opening.
What if it does not work for me? Use it for two weeks. If the system has not earned its keep, write to us within thirty days and we will refund you. We would rather you have your money back than carry a tool that does not serve you.
A personal operating system for the people running at their limit.
Resilience OS is the system we built for ourselves and the people we work with, now available to a wider circle of friends. The first installment, The EA, is a curated collection of prompts that turn Claude into the executive assistant most people have never had.
